Conditions of Sale

Please note that sale of tickets are subjected to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. All tickets are sold by FZD School of Design Pte Ltd and are subject to availability and
acceptance by FZD School of Design Pte Ltd. FZD School of Design Pte Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any order. By buying tickets you agree, on your own behalf and as agent on behalf of all persons for whom you are purchasing tickets or who will be holding tickets purchased by you (you and each such person being a "Ticket Holder"), to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances except cancellation of the event.
3. No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances.
4. Entry will be refused if tickets are not produced at the door.
5. Student passes must be shown to obtain discounts (where applicable) and upon admission.
6. Late comers cannot be admitted until a suitable break during the talk.
7. FZD School of Design Pte Ltd reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the Event by others.
8. NO photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the Event.
9. FZD School of Design Pte Ltd may add, withdraw or substitute speakers and/or vary advertised programs, Event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
10. FZD School of Design Pte Ltd may use the Ticket Holder's image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph, picture or publicity material or website.
11. FZD School of Design Pte Ltd /Venue Owner may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the Event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
12. The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual Event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
13. By purchasing the tickets, you certify that you understand these Terms and Conditions.
14. Any complaints regarding the Event shall be directed solely to and dealt with by FZD School of Design Pte Ltd. Any complaints regarding the Venue shall be directed solely to and dealt with by the Venue Owner.
